Music data carriers: sound recordings and music videos

Information about the tariff (including an information leaflet)

Applications must reach SUISA at least 10 days prior to the music data carrier being manufactured. The pressing plant may not carry out the pressing order unless SUISA has given its approval in writing. SUISA sends the authorisation directly to the relevant pressing plant.

Potential additional costs

SUISA reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of CHF 100 if the invoice has to be re-issued if only vague or incomplete information was provided in the form.
