Applications must reach SUISA at least 10 days prior to the music data carrier being manufactured. The pressing plant may not carry out the pressing order unless SUISA has given its approval in writing. SUISA sends the authorisation directly to the relevant pressing plant.
The customer shall be responsible paying the SUISA invoice as well as assume liability for it. For information on the legal domicile of the customer, you can use the Zefix-website.
