Music data carriers: sound recordings and music videos

Information about the tariff (including an information leaflet)

Applications must reach SUISA at least 10 days prior to the music data carrier being manufactured. The pressing plant may not carry out the pressing order unless SUISA has given its approval in writing. SUISA sends the authorisation directly to the relevant pressing plant.

Customer address (residence/legal domicile)

The customer shall be responsible paying the SUISA invoice as well as assume liability for it. For information on the legal domicile of the customer, you can use the Zefix-website.

These are the overall costs involved in producing the supports.
Notably: rental of the recording studio, salaries of external musicians hired, price paid for mastering, graphics, manufacturing plant etc.)

It is mandatory to submit the list of used works if the number of units is higher than 100.
